Job Summary: This role ensures the proper operation, maintenance, and administration of a building, guaranteeing the good condition of facilities and user satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and administration of the building, guaranteeing the good condition of facilities, user satisfaction, and compliance with safety and service standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Coordinate service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.). Manage budgets, payments, and expense control for the property. Address user or tenant requests, complaints, and inquiries. Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Supervise assigned operational staff. Prepare periodic operational and building condition reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or similar positions. Knowledge of general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, HVAC preferred). Experience managing service providers and controlling budgets. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
