Join our team as a Technical Support Engineer. MISSION Development and documentation of new and existing projects Technical and commercial support and startup assistance on various topics Technical training for the sales team Development of commercial partners in Mexico (OEM) RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES* Creation of a new project from customer request. * Preparation of time studies for the customer. * Document the entire project. * Supervise and document project startups. * Provide technical support to the sales team. * Training and coaching the sales team on the different products of the CERATIZIT Group. * Support for special quotations requiring a more technical approach. * Management of quotations for complete projects. * Ensure proper operation of the various CT Group products. * Promote new CT Group products to the sales team. * Technical training for CT Group distributors in Mexico. * Standardization of technical product information from the CT Group. * Customer training according to requirements. * Follow-up on tests together with the sales team. COMPETENCIES Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field +2 years in a similar position within cutting tool companies Understanding of Carbide Tools. Understanding of Manufacturing Drawings and blueprint interpretation. Knowledge of Quality Systems, measuring instruments, creation of sketches, cutting parameters, drilling, milling, reaming and boring processes, geometric tolerances. Manufacturing processes of Tungsten Carbide and PCD tools. Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
