Experience: 3–4 years in a similar role. Gender: No preference. Age: No preference. Role Description: A Java Engineer with solid experience in maintaining and supporting production applications. Capable of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving medium- and high-complexity incidents, interacting with users and technical teams, and ensuring service stability while meeting SLAs. Solid knowledge of: • Strong programming in Java SE / Java EE • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot • REST API handling • Exception handling and performance tuning • Intermediate-to-advanced SQL • Log analysis (ELK, Splunk, plain logs) • Version control (Git) • Application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic) • Basic DevOps / CI-CD principles (desirable) • Production environment experience We Offer: Training Statutory and above-statutory benefits Life and career plan.
