We are looking for a CCNA-certified Network Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in LAN/WAN and WLAN network support and administration. The candidate will participate in the configuration and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, and access points, as well as collaborate on incident resolution and network implementation projects. Ideal for professionals seeking to consolidate their networking career and progress toward advanced certifications such as CCNP, within an environment of continuous learning and growth. * Willingness to travel. * **Mandatory certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent.** **Key Responsibilities** * Provide support for LAN/WAN and WLAN network administration. * Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and access points. * Support implementation of wired and wireless network projects. * Implement, administer, and optimize network infrastructures (routing, switching, VLANs, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, etc.). * Advanced wireless network (Wi\-Fi) administration: deployment, signal tuning, security policies, and access control. * Monitor network performance and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents. * Document configurations, diagrams, and procedures. * Collaborate with senior team members on infrastructure deployment and optimization. * Diagnose incidents, resolve connectivity issues, and design efficient connectivity solutions. * Configure, operate, and troubleshoot multi-vendor equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers). * Collaborate with security, systems, and external vendor teams to ensure optimal operations. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field. * Valid CCNA certification. * Experience (1–3 years) in network support and administration. * Solid intermediate knowledge of protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, STP, VLANs, VPNs. * Experience with wireless controllers (WLC), SSID policies, QoS, and Wi\-Fi security (WPA2/3, RADIUS, 802\.1X). * Familiarity with security and access solutions: Cisco ISE, Firepower, or equivalents. * Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark).
