Your mission will be the engine of organizational change: Design and lead the continuous improvement strategy under Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies. Document and standardize the DNA of our operations (mapping in Visio/Bizagi). Transform data into strategy: You will create and monitor KPI dashboards in Power BI to align the entire team with business objectives. Real leadership: Facilitate cross-departmental communication and develop both technical and soft skills of work teams.
