Responsibilities * Development and maintenance of WordPress websites (custom themes and advanced adjustments). * PHP programming for custom functionalities, integrations, and performance improvements. * Plugin management, updates, security, and WordPress optimization. * Integration with external tools (Meta, Google, CRMs, forms, tracking, etc.). * Technical SEO and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, loading, resource optimization). * Implementation of conversion-oriented landing pages (sales and campaigns). * Bug review and correction, continuous improvements, and basic documentation. * Collaboration with Marketing/Media and Sales teams for rapid deployments. Essential Requirements * Solid experience developing with WordPress and PHP. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (minimum required for front-end customizations and adjustments). * MySQL database handling and basic queries. * Familiarity with hosting, FTP/SSH, and basic server or control panel administration (cPanel, Cloudways, etc.). * Strong understanding of performance, security, and scalability. * Ability to work autonomously based on deliverables. Desirable Requirements * Experience with WooCommerce. * Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg (not solely reliant on page builders). * Knowledge of Git. * Experience with API integrations (Kommo/CRM, Meta Conversions API, GA4, etc.). * Knowledge of CI/CD or sound deployment practices.
