Responsibilities: · Develop and execute the commercial strategy in Mexico for growing the furniture and integrated kitchen business, driving the opening, consolidation, and scaling of various sales channels aligned with the company’s brand positioning and profitability objectives. · Identify, develop, and manage sales channels—including distributors, showrooms, business partners, and projects—with the aim of expanding brand presence and generating sustainable business opportunities. · Maintain consistent market presence through frequent visits to customers, distributors, showrooms, developers, and business partners, with high availability for travel, to strengthen commercial relationships, identify project opportunities, and ensure proper execution of the commercial strategy. · Monitor and evaluate commercial performance per channel, analyzing sales indicators, distributor and business partner productivity, as well as project and operational profitability, implementing actions to enhance efficiency and business growth.
