




At ROMHER INGENIERÍA we are looking for a **Quality Management Coordinator** to join our Administration and Finance team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the quality management system. * Plan and conduct internal audits. * Manage quality system documentation. * Coordinate certifications and external audits. * Promote continuous improvement through root cause analysis and methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA. * Prepare quality performance reports for senior management. * Manage non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 45 years. * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Quality, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management. * Proven experience in: * ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 management systems. * Internal and external audits. * Document management. * Continuous improvement methodologies. * Knowledge of statistical quality control tools (desirable). * Soft skills: organization, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, honesty. **We Offer:** * Growth opportunities in a continuous improvement environment. * Competitive salary according to experience. * Legal and additional benefits.
