LM472: Account Executive

Involves representing the organization to our current and potential customers in face-to-face interactions throughout the sales process. These positions are required to achieve sales goals and are eligible to receive related commissions. **Position Overview:** * Sell all FEC products and services to an existing customer base within a defined geographic territory with revenue generation responsibility as defined by FEC management, resulting in net incremental revenue. * Sell all FEC products and services to non-FEC customers within a defined geographic area; utilize all available sales tactics to continuously add new customers within a revenue band defined by FEC management. * Develop and implement a lead generation process that leverages all FEC resources (couriers, station employees, etc.) to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads generating incremental revenue. * Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum achievement of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, travel, and any other sales activities defined by FEC management. * Develop and maintain territory intelligence systems that record, store, and report all sales activities, account information, market and industry data, competitive information, and any other information deemed necessary by FEC management. * Handle and/or coordinate with station employees all customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up. * Meet; prepare and submit all sales-related reports to the Sales Manager. * May be required to perform other assigned tasks. **Minimum Requirements:** **Minimum Education Level:** * Bachelor's degree/Equivalent. * Native-level English proficiency (600 TOEIC score). **Minimum Experience:** * Two (2\) years of professional experience in commercial or industrial sales and/or two years of experience as an account executive. **Minimum Required Skills:** * Must have demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated. * Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Ability to make presentations to small and large groups. * Travel required. • Computer literacy required FedEx is widely acknowledged as a world\-class company.
