Automotive plastic injection experience 2. Operation of injection molding machines and mold changeovers 3. Leadership and goal-oriented focus **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in plastic injection processes within the automotive industry **KNOWLEDGE:** Plastic injection Knowledge of Wittmann robots. Dryer operation Mold changeovers. Injection molding machine operation. Excel proficiency Resin knowledge. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Plastic injection Problem analysis Problem solving Mold changeovers and startup Working under pressure Goal-oriented performance. Leadership. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Maintain molds and machines in optimal operating condition according to the production plan, minimize machine downtime, and reduce scrap.
