Main Responsibilities Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2. Identify each affected waybill, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of the item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. Issue an efficient record of all items remaining on the platform. Record, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and verify that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent misuse and theft of fuel. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the operator/route experiencing issues to prevent recurrence.
