Experience: Intermediate-level Linux knowledge. Basic administration of Rocky Linux. Shell scripting (basic level, script logic analysis). Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle. Execution of basic information queries. Responsibilities: Respond to reports from branches and users within defined service levels. Manage and track routine tickets. Handle critical incidents. Support scheduled maintenance windows. Document recurring errors and solutions. Document PDPs in the ServiceNow knowledge base. We Offer: Statutory benefits, full payroll, competitive salary.
