Teamwork **AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1Meet 100% of shipment requirements on time and correctly. 2 Supervise and distribute tasks among assigned personnel. 3 Ensure finished materials meet quality requirements. 4 Report and inform relevant parties about actual inventories, inventory control, and daily monitoring. 5 Supervise established inventory stock levels. 6 Keep area records and reports updated. 7 Prevent shipment discrepancies by following established procedures. 8 Supervise shipments with customer carriers. 9 Generate daily warehouse material in and out reports. 10 Coordinate timely delivery of materials through company drivers when necessary. 11 Comply with industrial safety rules and procedures established by the company. 12 Maintain equipment and workplace in order, reporting any anomalies. Handle any issues arising with forklift operators (incidents, mechanical failures, and forklifts). 13 Use assigned communication equipment to respond to department needs. 14 Issue shipping invoices and verify they match physical goods. 15 Analyze indicators and propose improvements (at least one per month). 16 Promote and improve personal and team safety. 17 Promote the development of supervised personnel. 18 Comply with 5S standards in the warehouse. Empty packaging neatly arranged and organized.
