Key job responsibilities Job Activities and Objectives: * Act as a process supervisor and train site leaders and new hires. * Know, deepen, and become an expert in standard processes to ensure proper training. * Continuously monitor Operations Associates by supporting their learning curve. * Provide training, opportunity observation, and coaching to Associates, Supervisors, and Operations Managers. * Ensure training records are kept up to date. * Use and analyze data daily to improve the learning experience for new hires and associates. * Provide feedback to the operations team, including leadership, on trends and performance of new employee groups. * Complete tests/audits and follow up on resulting actions. * Organize (course assignments) and monitor cross-training for operations to support maximum skill requirements. * Work with operations on a skills matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training. * Support operations with the creation and delivery of training for critical roles. * Improve processes based on collecting feedback and data analysis. * Attend meetings as needed and provide required information on time. * Work in partnership with managers to improve new hire performance and performance opportunities. \#AmazonMexico \#Learning A day in the life We provide direct support to the Operations team and move according to their needs.
