




Job Summary: This position seeks a Training and Human Talent Coordinator to ensure comprehensive staff development by implementing training strategies and HR processes in the field. Serve as the liaison between corporate HR and agencies **TRAINING AND HUMAN TALENT COORDINATOR** **Job Objective** Ensure comprehensive talent development in agencies through the implementation, monitoring, and execution of training, onboarding, and field-based Human Resources processes, guaranteeing proper adoption of operational standards, enhancement of staff competencies, and contribution to business results. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver or coordinate on-the-job training programs for employees across various brands and group agencies. * Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process to ensure proper integration of newly hired personnel. * Manage training logistics (scheduling, materials, invitations, follow-up, and evaluation). * Conduct or coordinate product, process, and soft-skills training sessions. * Monitor individual development plans for agency employees. * Ensure correct implementation of field-based HR processes (induction, organizational culture, performance evaluations, etc.). * Identify training needs (TNA) and propose solutions aligned with business objectives. * Provide direct support to agency leaders to strengthen talent and performance management. * Monitor and track compliance with training plans by brand and position. * Generate reports and analyses on training progress, onboarding, and talent development. * Act as the liaison between corporate Human Resources and agencies, ensuring alignment and execution. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, organizational development, or operational HR. * Experience working in the field or with multiple business units (automotive or retail sectors preferred). * Knowledge of training methodologies, onboarding, and talent development practices. * Willingness to travel frequently among agencies. * Proficiency with digital tools and training platforms (LMS preferred). **Key Competencies** * Results orientation * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Influence and leadership coaching * Focus on talent development * Adaptability and fieldwork capability * Proactivity * Teamwork * Problem-solving Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
