Job Summary: We are seeking nursing personnel to deliver compassionate and technically proficient care, supporting patient recovery while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and internal quality policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide nursing care with a high degree of human empathy and technical proficiency. 2. Adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality policies. 3. Work in hospitalization, operating rooms, nurseries, and emergency care units (CEyE). Hospital María Auxiliadora is seeking Nursing Personnel Requirements: \- Degree (Mandatory) \- Professional license (Cédula) (Mandatory) \- One year of hospital experience (Preferred) \- Experience in hospitalization, operating rooms, nurseries, and emergency care units (CEyE) \- Adherence to activities and processes inherent to hospital quality management (International Standards) Gender: \- Not specified Schedule: \- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Salary: \- $12,000.00 MXN per month (net) \+ $600.00 MXN per month in food vouchers upon completion of the probationary period.
