Collaboration with Sales, Service, and Administration departments **Delivery Coordinator** **Department:** Sales / Operations **Location:** Chesa Agency **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the delivery process of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with Nissan’s established quality standards, timelines, and delivery guidelines to guarantee a satisfactory delivery experience for the customer. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate the scheduling of new vehicle deliveries. * Verify that vehicles meet quality, cleanliness, preparation, and documentation requirements prior to delivery. * Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Administration departments to ensure proper vehicle preparation. * Compile, review, and validate delivery files in accordance with established procedures. * Physically deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining basic operation and warranty terms. * Ensure adherence to the brand’s image standards and delivery protocols. * Monitor customer satisfaction indicators related to the delivery process. * Maintain up-to-date records and reports of completed deliveries. **Required Profile:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational coordination, customer service, or the automotive industry. * Knowledge of vehicle delivery processes and vehicle-related documentation. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic proficiency in administrative tools and internal systems. **Competencies:** * Planning and organization * Attention to detail * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
