We seek an agile and highly trustworthy individual to cover staff days off, vacations, or shifts. Your role will be critical to maintaining service continuity, primarily operating in room cleaning and front desk service areas. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Housekeeping / Cleaning:** Thorough cleaning and rapid room setup according to the motel's hygiene standards. * **Front Desk:** Greeting guests, registering check-ins/check-outs, assigning rooms, and processing payments. * **Guest Service:** Responding to guest requests with utmost courtesy and promptness. **Requirements:** * **Absolute discretion:** An essential requirement due to the nature of the business. * **Schedule flexibility:** Availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) depending on coverage needs. * **Experience:** Hotel, motel, cleaning, or customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory if you are eager to learn. * **Skills:** Efficiency, honesty, attention to detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
