Major company seeks HR Manager **Functions:** * Carry out the annual training program, as well as identify training needs according to the project's strategic priorities. * Handle internal and external audits defined by the group or issued by authorities, as well as manage action plans to resolve non-conformities. * Manage human resources in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities to act as a strategic partner for the project and execute action plans directed toward these goals. * Manage human resources indicators: 1\.\- Staff coverage 2\.\- Training hours 3\.\- Employee turnover * Plan and execute personnel attraction and selection actions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure full staff coverage. * Comply 100% with Human Resources procedures. * Coordinate the company's employee performance evaluation program to identify talents and career development plans, as well as salary increases. * Plan, control, and execute personnel actions (promotions, vacations, severance payments, disabilities, etc.). * Maintain continuity of collective labor contracts with unions, ensuring communication with union leaders and follow-up on agreed minutes. * Ensure compliance with processes at IMSS; INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, meeting 100% of employer obligations. * Prepare and execute annual budgets aligned with Human Resources activities. * Report any unsafe act or condition, and halt activities if witnessing any high-risk activity. * Must have experience as a Manager or Coordinator managing staff of 200 or more people. * Conflict resolution. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays part-time. **Salary:** * Gross monthly salary: $25,000 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers $600\.00 * Life insurance * Savings fund of 6% * 30 days year-end bonus * 40% vacation premium. * Job description attached. * Work mode: On-site. **Work location:** * Plan de Ayala Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $25,600\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job
