Job Summary: Ensure quality and efficiency in motorized tricycle assembly, guaranteeing safety standards and leading an excellent post-sales technical service. Key Highlights: 1. Lead quality and efficiency in motorized tricycle assembly. 2. Optimize assembly processes using Lean Manufacturing. 3. Coordinate diagnosis and repair of units, resolving faults. **Job Objective:** Ensure quality and efficiency in the motorized tricycle assembly process, guaranteeing that units meet safety standards, as well as leading an excellent post-sales technical service that resolves faults promptly and effectively. **Main Responsibilities** **A. Assembly and Build Management:** 1\. Supervise the motorized tricycle assembly line to ensure daily production targets are met. 2\. Implement “cascading” quality controls to ensure no unit leaves the sales floor with factory or assembly defects. 3\. Optimize assembly time through process standardization (Lean Manufacturing). **B. Technical Service and Fault Review (Post-sales):** 1\. Coordinate diagnosis and repair of customer units. 2\. Address critical cases of recurring faults, providing definitive technical solutions. 3\. Manage on-site or branch-based service for field fault reviews. **C. Human Resource Management:** 1\. Continuously train and evaluate mechanics and assemblers on new technologies or motorized tricycle models. 2\. Ensure personnel have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools. **D. Input Control:** 1\. Collaborate with Procurement to ensure adequate stock of critical spare parts. Guarantee optimal workshop order and cleanliness (5S). **Technical Knowledge** i. Internal combustion engine mechanics (motorcycles/motorized tricycles). ii. Electrical and transmission systems. iii. Spare parts and tool inventory management. iv. Industrial safety and hygiene standards. v. CRM vi. ERP (Odoo or Microsip) vii.
