Job Summary: This role is responsible for delivering and collecting packages, ensuring compliance with operational processes to guarantee service quality for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Capture in the system the envelopes and packages departing from the Operations Center.2\. Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart on route.3\. Review pending deliveries from the previous day.4\. Conduct pickups at PDVs or directly with customers.5\. Inform security guards of COP access and exit points.6\.
