




We are a pharmacy chain specializing in dispensing High-Specialty medications, focused on delivering high-quality service with accessibility, availability, and affordability as our core principles. **We focus on supplying medications to three key segments:** * Physicians * General Public * Clinics and Hospitals We operate in three states across Mexico (Mérida, Cancún, and Campeche), and as part of our expansion, we are seeking a **Pharmacy Manager** for the Chiapas region, with experience in the healthcare sector, client service and follow-up, and extensive knowledge of administrative processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise our customers, providing excellent attention and service. * Track orders, inter-store transfers, and quotations. * Manage cash handling, cash reconciliations, expense control, and order invoicing. * Resolve daily operational issues and support general administrative tasks within the branch. * Maintain direct and constant communication with Corporate (you will serve as our key liaison at the branch). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the field (preferable but not mandatory in pharmacies or retail). * Hold a bachelor’s degree (proof of graduation, diploma, or academic certificate). * Basic computer proficiency, including billing and inventory management. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** * **Starting monthly salary of $9,500 MXN.** * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * Paid training in Mérida. * A dynamic and professional work environment. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Job stability and professional development.
