Responsibilities: Assertive communication, proactive, organized, versatile, technical maintenance... Electrical... Plumbing... Construction... Etc. Knowledge and monitoring of project scopes. \-Preventive and corrective maintenance at branches (photographic evidence required). \-Address resolution of anomalies related to any tools or structures used at branches. \-Wall painting, maintenance of wall aesthetics and metal structures. \-Replacement of fans, lights, furniture. \-Coordinate execution of extraordinary repairs. \-Send confirmation of anomaly resolution.
