Participation in audits and certification processes is desirable. **Who are we?** We are a growing and constantly expanding large-format printed advertising company. We work with local and regional corporate clients, supporting them in conveying their advertising and brand image through large-format prints, POP materials, and interior and exterior specialty signage. **What are we looking for?** An enthusiastic HR professional to align leadership vision and strategies with the achievement of annual sustainable growth objectives of at least 50% regarding current human resources. **Activities** The following activities are some of them: - Monitoring the application of applicable STPS regulations - Recruitment and training of personnel - Application of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) to comply with current regulations - Conflict resolution - Attendance monitoring and control, pre-payroll processing - Assistance with administrative tasks inherent to human and material resources management **Desirable Profile** * Experience applying applicable STPS regulations; participation in audits and certification processes is desirable * Excellent communication skills across operational, managerial, and executive levels * Firmness when managing conflicts related to internal regulations and the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Ability to discern decisions that support the company’s vision and strategies **We offer** * Negotiable salary based on experience and competencies * Permanent employment contract * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
