




**Position Objective** Provide administrative, organizational, and management support to the General Management, ensuring proper coordination of schedules, communication, handling of confidential information, and follow-up on strategic projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the General Director’s professional/personal schedule, meetings, and commitments. * Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for executive events. * Draft, review, and track correspondence, official letters, and confidential documents. * Prepare presentations, executive reports, and summaries. * Screen phone calls, emails, and requests addressed to General Management. * Organize working meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on agreements. * Manage and safeguard sensitive and strategic information. * Coordinate接待 of visitors and interact with strategic clients/suppliers. * Support administrative tasks such as expense control, purchase requisitions, and payment processing. * Supervise compliance with protocols regarding office order and presentation in executive offices. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Communications, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–4 years in similar roles supporting senior management. * **Languages:** Basic English (desirable). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel and PowerPoint) * Experience managing digital calendars (Outlook, Teams, Zoom). * Executive writing skills and impeccable spelling. * Executive service protocols and customer service standards. * High attention to detail * Organization and cleanliness * Service-oriented attitude * Professional appearance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 monthly net Benefits: Additional to statutory requirements * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Gasoline allowance * Mobile device Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
