Customer service / waiter We provide training **Job requirements** * Passion for sales. * Experience handling cash registers. * Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills. * Proven experience in customer service; recommendation letter preferred. * Ability to organize workstations and manage time efficiently. * Good communication with other team members. * Flexibility to adapt to changing service and café operational needs. * Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. * Proficiency in restaurant order management software. **Job responsibilities** * Serving food and beverages while ensuring excellent guest service. * Proper use of software for order entry and customer service tracking. * Responsible handling and reconciliation of petty cash to ensure accurate branch expense and sales records. * Assisting with inventory maintenance by reporting ingredient and supply replenishment needs. * Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas. * Effectively communicating any service-related issues or needs to guests. **Work schedule** Monday to Sunday (with one day off per week) * 7:30 \- 15:30 hrs * 15:30 \- store closing time On-site, full-time employment. **Location:** Ki\-múul Cafeteria — Plaza Ámbar Fashion Mall branch Carretera Panamericana, 651, El Retiro Position type: Full-time Salary: $8,700\.00 \- $9,450\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Sick leave days Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions? * Age Workplace: On-site employment
