Job Summary: Plant Electrician responsible for maintaining electrical equipment in optimal condition to ensure continuous factory operation, with focus on safety and continuous improvement. Key Points: 1. Ensure continuous factory operation by maintaining electrical equipment. 2. Participate in loss analysis and manage reduction or elimination of losses. 3. Knowledge and application of foundational modules and compliance. **Position Summary: Plant Electrician** Location: Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas Company: Nestlé Chiapa de Corzo Factory Full-time Bachelor’s degree/engineering degree completed in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred. 1 year of experience **Position Purpose** Maintain electrical equipment in the packaging, manufacturing, and industrial services areas in optimal operating condition to ensure continuous factory operation. **A Day in the Life of...** * Know and update your risk assessment, SHE map, and PPE matrix for work areas, ensuring your own safety and that of people around you, while applying established safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents and providing technical support for spare parts management for new equipment. * Manage significant food safety aspects such as prerequisites, operational prerequisites, CCPs, GMPs, operational controls, and adherence to QMS standards related to daily activities. * Review maintenance standards applying continuous improvement to feed the AMM system and generate consistency in the maintenance system. * Identify atmospheric gas emissions. Maintain plant equipment in good calibration condition. * Participate in loss analysis for your function/cell and manage reduction or elimination of these losses (Visual Loss Map, Implementation Plan, Application of Standards, Indicators focused on major losses). * Know and apply foundational modules, understand functional compliance, and apply coaching and feedback with area colleagues. **What Will Make You Successful** * Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; Bachelor’s in Administration or related field. * Intermediate English.
