Position Summary: Lead technological infrastructure, digital security, and business process evolution through Odoo implementation and custom software development. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in technological infrastructure and digital security. 2. Strategic management of migration to Odoo. 3. Supervision of development and electronic security teams. **Position Objective:** Lead technological infrastructure, digital asset security, and business process evolution through Odoo implementation and custom software development. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** A. Infrastructure and Network Management: * Network Administration: Design, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks for an infrastructure supporting over 200 users, ensuring stability and speed. * Web and Email Services: Expert administration of cPanel, hosting and domain management, corporate account administration in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and traditional email servers. * Availability: Guarantee 99\.9% uptime for critical services (internet, email, inter-branch connectivity). B. Technical Support and Maintenance: * Hardware Maintenance: Diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance of computing equipment (laptops, desktops, and all\-in\-one units), including capability to perform hardware-level interventions (opening devices, replacing components). * Help Desk: Lead and, if necessary, directly deliver technical support to end users across corporate offices and branches. C. Strategic ERP Management (Transition Phase): * Microsip and Contpaq Support: Administer, update, and support current systems (Microsip and Contpaq) to ensure continuity of invoicing, payroll, and accounting during the transition phase. * Migration to Odoo: Lead the migration strategy toward Odoo, coordinating with partners or internal teams to ensure data integrity—without performing direct programming. D. Development and Security Supervision: * Development Leadership: Supervise the programming team, defining requirements and validating deliverables (bots, integrations, modules, apps), ensuring alignment with business needs. Electronic Security: Manage CCTV surveillance systems, alarm systems, and video backup protocols. **Position Requirements:** i. **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Digital Transformation specialization is desirable. ii. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles, with proven success in ERP migrations. **iii. Essential Technical Knowledge:** Odoo Ecosystem: Understanding of architecture, modules (Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting), and workflows. Programming: Python, PostgreSQL, and Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Infrastructure and Security: Networks, servers, cybersecurity, and IP-based video surveillance systems (CCTV). **Skills and Competencies** * Systems Thinking: Ability to understand how a code change impacts accounting or sales. * Project Management: Ability to meet delivery schedules and budget constraints. * Translational Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in terms of business benefits to senior leadership. * Service Orientation: Focus on addressing internal user needs (branches and corporate offices).
