Availability of time Initiative Responsibility Strong communication skills Service-oriented attitude **Responsibilities** * Deliver the Institutional Induction Program and assess acquired knowledge to ensure training effectiveness. * Maintain employee training files containing evidence of training processes to support internal or external audits. * Evaluate training effectiveness for scheduled courses according to the Annual Training Plan and follow up on results with each department head to ensure KPI compliance. * Deliver local and institutional training courses to all personnel requiring training, as per the National Training Catalog (DNC). * Ensure logistics for internal and external training events according to an established plan to guarantee effective support. * Record training events in the LMS system to maintain electronic training records and employee curricula. * Generate DC3 forms for training events and provide evidence to staff to fulfill STPS training obligations during any inspection. * Grant SAP access to all personnel requiring such transactions and maintain control of these accesses for any inspection. * Participate in the design, development, and delivery of training materials derived from the DNC to maintain updated information and support continuous improvement efforts. * Administer and update records generated from the training process to maintain documentation evidence and control.
