REQUIREMENTS: * Valid Class B driver's license. * Experience: 1 year; experience operating 3.5-ton vehicles. * Completed junior high school (documented). Receive waybills and PDA from EAD Supervisor. (Daily activity) (20%) Scan goods using PDA. (Daily activity) (20%) Visit customer addresses to deliver goods at the doorstep, following the route schedule assigned by the EAD Supervisor. (Daily activity) (20%) Inspect mechanical condition and key operational indicators of the assigned vehicle (as a work tool) at the start of each workday, immediately reporting any defects to the Supervisor and completing the corresponding Check List. (Daily activity) (20%) Collect customer proof-of-receipt requirements when requested by the origin customer, validating these requirements via PDA. (Daily activity) (20%) Load goods onto the assigned delivery vehicle, ensuring proper arrangement. (Activity as required) Carefully unload goods at the customer's address and place them where instructed by the customer. (Activity as required) Capture recipient's information in the PDA. (Daily activity) Record the recipient's signature in the PDA and request service evaluation from the customer. (Daily activity) Collect freight-on-delivery (FXC) payments and/or collect and safeguard original waybills from credit customers. (Daily activity) Notify visit attempt if no one is present at the address, recording shipment details and branch phone number with photo. (Daily activity) Visit customers requesting door-to-door pickup (RAD), verifying goods meet shipping requirements. (Daily activity) Load door-to-door pickup goods onto the assigned delivery vehicle. (Daily activity) Unload door-to-door pickup goods from the delivery vehicle for placement in the shipping area. (Daily activity) Verify that goods to be transported are properly packed to minimize damage risk during handling, and confirm such goods are not listed among non-transportable items. (Daily activity) Report any incidents or anomalies to the EAD or RAD leader, including vehicle malfunctions and customer suggestions. (Daily activity) Immediately notify supervisor in case of traffic accident. (Activity as required) Secure the vehicle at the workplace. (Daily activity) Record daily fuel consumption in the logbook. (Daily activity) Request fuel from the designated staff member. (Activity as required) Ensure valid vehicle registration card and active insurance policy are kept in the assigned vehicle’s glove compartment. (Daily activity) Visit the documentation department to collect waybills and labels for application to door-to-door pickup (RAD) shipments. (Daily activity) SCHEDULE: Full-time. Day off: Sunday.
