We are looking for personnel for the position of **Branch Manager of construction materials and tools.** **Position objective:** Will be responsible for ensuring 100% operation and performance of the branch, closely monitoring needs, opportunities, internal issues, and internal controls. **Job requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of construction materials and hardware Positive attitude, proactive, leadership skills. * **Required job knowledge:** * Personnel management * Inventory control * Knowledge of supply and purchasing * Report preparation * Experience in retail and wholesale sales * Experience with sales indicators. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform analysis of slow-moving products and submit sales proposals or offers to move inventory. * Guarantee timely and accurate delivery to customers. (attached) * Maintain optimal inventory levels according to established stock levels. (attached) * Ensure the store maintains its daily operations, guaranteeing that established processes, standards, and formats are followed for proper functioning. * Provide service and advise customers according to service protocols to ensure their satisfaction. * Conduct inventory audits aligned with system reports to ensure accurate inventory. * Perform daily or weekly inventory analysis depending on product type, to ensure optimal inventory levels at the branch. **We offer** * Base salary, biweekly payments * Benefits according to labor law * Work schedule from Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturdays from 7am to 2pm
