




**Location:** MX\-Tuxtla Gutiérrez CHIS (MX\-TUXTG) **Years of experience:** 1 to 2 years **English:** Intermediate **Objective:** Ensure achievement of objectives, product availability, and execution through correct implementation of strategies at points of sale, as well as serving as a key person to achieve goals contributing to the region. **A day in the life of...** * Conduct store visits to engage with staff and analyze operations to identify and focus on opportunities. * Assign activities to your promotion team by delegating tasks such as updating prices, applying product labels, implementing promotional grids, cleaning products and shelves, organizing warehouse stock, adjusting inventories, tracking receipts, and placing POP materials—thereby fulfilling the established objective. * Generate communications and reports on executions, displays, contests, Radar, Alerts, and Availability Groups, providing feedback to chain groups via current digital channels to adjust areas of opportunity at points of sale. **What will make you successful:** * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles involving operations and team leadership. * Excel: Intermediate * Degrees in Business Administration, Sales, Business, or Marketing. * English proficiency: Intermediate * Availability to work Monday through Saturday * Valid driver’s license
