TIENDAS NETO, PART OF GRUPO SALINAS, A 100% MEXICAN COMPANY, IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT AS: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: Requirements: * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect (Degree holder) * MUST HAVE experience in construction of stores, shopping centers, car dealerships, warehouses, vertical buildings, etc. * Availability to travel * Minimum 2 years of experience as construction and maintenance supervisor * Knowledge of regulations applicable to store construction and for contracting with CFE and UVIE * Ensure store construction meets quality, time, and cost standards * Experience in building construction or branch offices * Budget management skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Opues, Neodata, etc. Main Responsibilities: * Execute the company's store construction plan on time and according to design and safety guidelines. * Analyze existing infrastructure and services at proposed locations for adaptation into a branch. * Construction, remodeling, and maintenance of infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with technical and administrative procedures for assigned projects. * Budget control.
