Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in psychology, administration, or accounting for roles in recruitment, performance management, training and development, and labor administration. Minimum two years of experience in a similar position; experience in the education sector is preferred. Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Strategic planning. Performance management. Training and development. Labor relations management. Compensation and benefits. Labor administration. Regulatory compliance. Organizational development and workplace climate. Driver's license is preferred. Preferably residing in the southwest area of the city (Las Canoitas neighborhood, La Lomita, or surrounding areas). Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Starting salary of $12,000 net per month. Statutory benefits effective from day one.
