Job Summary: This role involves preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, monitoring, startup support, adherence to safety standards, and responsible use of tools to ensure continuous machinery operation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 2. Continuous monitoring and anomaly reporting 3. Support during machinery startup and operational adjustments RESPONSIBILITIES **Basic Preventive Maintenance** ● Perform equipment lubrication, simple adjustments, and technical cleaning. ● Execute minor authorized part replacements according to the established weekly plan. **Initial Corrective Maintenance** ● Provide immediate response to minor failures to ensure proper machine operation. ● Actively support senior technicians in major repairs and misalignment corrections. **Equipment Monitoring and Reporting** ● Conduct daily rounds in assigned areas to detect noises, vibrations, or anomalies. ● Identify critical equipment and immediately report failures via logbooks and checklists. **Startup and Shift Change Support** ● Ensure basic conditions for fault-free machinery startup at the beginning of each shift. ● Support production staff with simple operational adjustments during operation. **Order, Cleanliness, and Safety (5S)** ● Maintain clean, organized tools and workshop compliance with the 5S standard $\\ge$ 85%. ● Respect designated areas and strictly follow all industrial safety instructions. **Tool and Material Usage** ● Handle hand and electric tools responsibly. ● Mandatorily wear PPE and request spare parts only as justified. **System Report Handling** ● Review and follow up on digitalized maintenance tickets or requests until closure. ● Accurately document response time and materials used for each intervention.
