




Position Summary: Optimize human resources to drive sales and productivity in the warehouse, while monitoring performance indicators, administrative controls, and operational controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage warehouse productivity and sales 2. Monitor KPIs and inventory 3. Customer and supplier support 1. Drive warehouse sales and productivity through optimization of human resources. 2\. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), including sales budget, warehouse expenses, inventory turnover, and inventory shrinkage. 3\. Monitor administrative and operational controls in the warehouse in accordance with established policies and procedures. 4\. Provide customer support to ensure complete deliveries on time and as scheduled. 5\. Provide required support to suppliers to ensure continuous product availability and coordinate effectively with the procurement department. 6\. Analyze the cost center's income statement under your responsibility to develop strategies for achieving established objectives. 7\. Track high-value materials to maintain inventory at the appropriate level. 8\. Monitor inventory turnover within required standards.
