General Purpose Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company policies and standards, ensuring that all domestic and international shipments are routed, sorted, dispatched, and directed to their destinations in compliance with the service guarantees established with customers. Main Responsibilities 1. Supervise personnel to weigh, sort, route, and attach routing labels to each shipment. 2. Ensure that necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations. 3. Supervise, control, and direct assigned operational staff. 4. Develop training and development programs for subordinate personnel. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to locations, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each site. 6. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control department. 7.
