




Position Summary: This role is ideal for an advanced student interested in coordinating and executing onboarding activities, supporting training initiatives, and managing operational staff training records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of employee onboarding programs 2. Support in planning and scheduling of technical, regulatory, and institutional training courses 3. Management and updating of training records and matrices **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management Engineering, or related field * Must have optional insurance coverage * No restrictions on commuting to the plant * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, coordinate, and conduct onboarding sessions for operational and trusted staff * Support planning and scheduling of technical, regulatory, and institutional training courses * Record operational staff training courses and training evidence in established systems * Prepare, maintain, and safeguard attendance lists and onboarding documentation * Post, update, and maintain training matrices by department, project, and category * Update individual employee training histories * Send invitations and coordinate logistics for training sessions * Generate and update onboarding and training KPIs * Track training status (scheduled, pending, expired, rescheduled) * Provide direct support to training technicians in completing forms and records * Monitor training requirements resulting from department transfers and ILUO changes **We Offer:** * Monthly scholarship of $7,000 * Uniform Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
