Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician with experience in technical support, maintenance, and network and system administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and resolve support tickets 2. Perform preventive maintenance and repair of computer equipment 3. Proficiency in Windows, networking, and software tools Farmalive requires: **Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Gender: Unspecified Age: 25 to 35 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, or technical program in computer systems or information technology * Minimum verifiable two-year experience as a Systems Assistant (Mandatory) * Availability to work various shifts and on weekends * Availability to travel between branches * **Residence in Tuxtla** **Knowledge:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance * Printer installation and configuration * Email configuration * Telephone line installation * System installation * Equipment inventory * Antivirus console administration Networking * Database and data backup * User administration * Computer equipment cleaning **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support and resolve support tickets. * Implement the preventive maintenance schedule for all company computer equipment. * Perform repairs on computer equipment. * Conduct computer equipment inventory. * Deliver training on the use of company systems. * PNO development * Process mapping and documentation. **Competencies:** * Windows operating systems * Microsoft Office suite * Peripheral device handling (scanners and printers) * Support tool software **Skills:** * Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows * Hardware: PC, server, and peripheral diagnostics and repair * Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, router and switch configuration * Software and Tools: Software installation, Microsoft 365 management * Quick Learning: Adaptation to new technologies and tools * Documentation: Creation of technical guides and reports **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000.00 to $14,000.00 * Monthly food vouchers * Direct employment with the company * Meal service * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Sunday: Day off If you meet the profile, we invite you to apply!
