




At Buró Laboral, we are a company dedicated to recruitment and personnel selection for the private sector. We are currently seeking candidates for the **"Systems"** position at a prominent company in the sector. **Job Objectives:** Software programming and support **Requirements:** * Experience providing ERP, CRM, or management software support. * Proficiency with Odoo ERP (Desirable) * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Knowledge of integrations (REST APIs, connectors) and data import/export tools (CSV/XML). * Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS), as well as basic cybersecurity concepts (backups, permissions, encryption). **Job Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo instance (production and testing environments). * Configure modules according to business processes: in-store sales, cash register, inventory, invoicing, procurement, warranties, and point-of-sale. * Set up catalogs, price lists, taxes, and inventory rules. * Develop and/or coordinate customizations and process adjustments. * Provide support to branch and office users (incident resolution, usage queries, manual creation, user and permission review and configuration). * Train end users—including managers, cashiers, and sales staff—on critical modules (point-of-sale, cash register, inventory, invoicing). Prepare quick-reference guides and short instructional videos as needed. * Accompany users during the implementation of new processes. * Observe and report in detail end-user actions to provide feedback and improve processes. * Perform periodic backups (daily/weekly) and restoration tests. * Monitor, implement, and document contingency procedures (server outages, database failures, data loss, unauthorized access). * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation: system configuration, user manuals, backup and recovery procedures. * Participate in meetings with senior management and branch managers to gather requirements and prioritize development tasks. * Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and electronic invoicing requirements (coordinating with Accounting and/or the e-invoicing service provider). Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:30 AM–3:00 PM **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary, paid biweekly * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation days, vacation premium, and profit-sharing (PTU).
