This person will be responsible for ensuring that all production-related processes and areas comply with documented standards and requirements to guarantee the quality and safety of the finished product. Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work under pressure, sense of urgency, proactive and self-motivated, decision-making skills, teamwork, honesty, responsibility, commitment, problem-solving skills, personnel management, analytical thinking, resolution-oriented, observant Experience: * Lean Manufacturing methodology * Quality standards * Management and monitoring of KPI indicators Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with documented processes. * Implement and monitor an effective quality management system. * Identify process improvement opportunities across various departments to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Take immediate corrective actions in response to non-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Deliver training and awareness sessions to staff regarding the importance of quality management procedures and requirements. * Implement and monitor 5S. * Conduct random audits across different departments and branches to monitor compliance indicators. * Evaluate staff and stores.
