We are looking for personnel for the position of **Store Manager** at a construction materials and tools branch. **Position objective:** The individual will be responsible for ensuring 100% operation and functionality of the branch, promptly addressing needs, opportunities, internal issues, and internal controls. **Job requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in administration or related field * **Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles** * **Knowledge of construction materials and hardware** * Positive attitude, proactive, leadership skills **Required job knowledge:** * Personnel management * Inventory control * Knowledge of supply and procurement * Report preparation * Experience in retail and wholesale sales * Experience with sales indicators **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct analysis of slow-moving products and submit sales proposals or promotions to clear inventory * Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers (attached) * Maintain optimal inventory levels according to established stock targets (attached) * Ensure the store maintains daily operations, complying with established processes, standards, and formats for smooth functioning * Provide customer service and advice according to service protocols to ensure satisfaction * Perform inventory audits aligned with system reports to ensure accurate inventory * Conduct daily or weekly inventory analysis depending on product type to maintain optimal inventory levels at the branch **We offer** * Base salary, biweekly payments * Benefits according to labor law * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 7am to 2pm
