At **INSQUIMED**, we are seeking an **Electroencephalography (EEG) Technician** with prior experience performing electroencephalogram studies to join our team in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. This position is intended for a responsible, punctual individual with strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction, capable of conducting **pre-scheduled studies** while adhering to quality, hygiene, and proper electrode placement protocols. We prefer candidates who already possess hands-on experience, enabling immediate integration without extensive training. Key Responsibilities * Perform **electroencephalogram (EEG)** studies on adult and/or pediatric patients. * Prepare patients prior to the study. * Place electrodes according to the international **10\-20** system. * Monitor recording quality during the study. * Identify and correct basic artifacts during acquisition. * Maintain equipment clean, organized, and in optimal working condition. * Accurately capture or save completed studies. * Provide courteous, professional, and respectful patient care. * Adhere to pre-scheduled study time slots. Requirements * Prior experience performing **electroencephalograms (EEG)**. * Knowledge of electrode placement. * Basic proficiency operating EEG equipment. * Professional appearance and friendly patient interaction. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Availability to attend pre-scheduled studies. * Residence in Tuxtla Gutiérrez or nearby areas. Desirable Qualifications * Experience with pediatric patients. * Experience conducting EEG studies during sleep, wakefulness, or sleep deprivation. * Basic knowledge of equipment cleaning, preparation, and maintenance. * Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic services.
