




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer for the paper industry, responsible for end-to-end project management of radiofrequency projects, technical coordination, and problem resolution. A Mexican company dedicated to the paper industry is looking for a Project Engineer. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in radiofrequency projects focused on **equipment and machinery selection, installation, commissioning, and start-up**. * Coordinate and provide technical follow-up for projects, ensuring proper system functionality. * Manage projects using software tools such as **Monday, MS Project, Jira, or similar**. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for **technical problem resolution** and continuous improvement. * Document project progress, incidents, and outcomes. * Provide on-site technical support during equipment implementation and start-up. * Availability to **travel abroad**, as required by the project. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in selection, installation, commissioning, and start-up of projects. * Knowledge of project management, preferably under PMBOK guidelines. * Proficiency in project management software (Monday, MS Project, Jira, or similar). * Advanced English (mandatory). * Valid visa and availability to travel abroad. **Monday to Friday:** 09:00–18:30 hrs; **Saturdays:** 09:00–12:00 hrs. **Salary Offer:** $35,000–$42,000 MXN monthly gross + Statutory benefits + 30-day bonus + Meal vouchers + Savings fund.
