Position Objective As a home collection officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for a credit, as well as establishing payment plans for clients in their first weeks of delay, generating long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in the application. * Understand customer needs to provide them with the best solution allowing them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. Candidate Profile Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Ability to operate mobile devices. * Focused on achieving goals and targets. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
