




Supervise overall store operations across all areas, serving as a role model for your team. Provide necessary direction and feedback to employees under your supervision to coordinate proper execution of store operational processes, foster an optimal work environment, and deliver excellent service to our customers. * Authorize damaged and non-damaged returns resulting from defective merchandise, incorrect employee recommendations, or catalog errors—always placing the customer first and guaranteeing their full satisfaction. * Ensure all parts and products are located in their assigned positions within the store and that physical inventory matches system records, executing flawless weekly inventory maintenance tasks. * Supervise store operational activities by setting an example and ensuring employees provide customer advice and utilize all tools provided by AutoZone—including the electronic catalog and diagnostic and testing equipment—to deliver reliable guidance and genuine solutions to our customers’ needs, while also helping prevent merchandise returns through this practice. * Identify subordinates’ strengths and areas for improvement to assign appropriate tasks, recognize strong performance, and provide feedback when improvement or training opportunities are detected. * Supervise daily adherence by all employees to scheduled work hours and AutoZone’s established dress code; ensure respectful, friendly, and professional interactions among themselves and with our customers, applying AutoZone’s guidelines and values. * Review and analyze the Profit & Loss (P\&L) report each period to identify opportunities for expense control and contribute to improvements by promoting a culture of cost savings across all controllable consumables within the team. * Assign and track tasks for area supervisors—including planogram setup, merchandise placement, warehouse cleaning, restrooms, cafeteria, sales floor, and parking lot—as well as review daily cash counts from the main register, perform cash sweeps, and conduct cash register closings for supervised staff, following AutoZone-provided procedures. * Supervise and ensure employees wear AutoZone-provided safety equipment—including belts, gloves, aprons, and goggles—when handling merchandise, conducting vehicle tests, or working at in-store testing stations, thereby helping prevent workplace accidents and ensuring a safe environment for our employees. * High school diploma * One to two years of experience as a supervisor in retail, warehouse, or store environments * Flexible availability for scheduling AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
