




Job Description: Integral Development Coordinator Education: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration Gender: Indistinct Marital Status: Indistinct Experience: Minimum of 1 year in: \- Identifying training needs \- Developing training plans and programs \- Improving work climate \- Results orientation \- Creating and managing training records \- Managing group dynamics \- Applying teaching techniques \- Online training \- Organizational development \- Administering employee surveys \- Personnel management \- Human resources inventory \- Logistics for sports and cultural events \- Preparing all documentation required to support training before STPS \- Integrating and following up with the Training, Instruction, and Productivity Committee \_ Information analysis Responsibilities: · Coordinate and manage training plans, programs, courses, and/or staff development events (implementation only); if administrative, deliver results to the Human Resources Manager—on-site operational staff · Coordinate logistics for scheduled training programs, courses, and/or events · Ensure availability of necessary materials, equipment, or supplies for conducting courses and/or training programs · Record and present evidence of all implemented plans, programs, courses, and/or events — Human Resources Manager · Manage signatures from instructors for required STPS documentation (DC\-3, DC\-4, and diplomas) — Human Resources Manager · Identify training and staff development needs · Search for qualified and certified external instructors to train all personnel when necessary · Define job profiles for self-service positions, create updated organizational charts, and propose suitable personnel for new positions using the current staffing template · Establish strategic objectives together with immediate supervisor (Operations) to design training plans, programs, courses, and/or events · Develop human development plans and lead change strategies that adapt company operations to changing labor market conditions and organizational culture · Maintain an appropriate work environment to harmonize and optimize the implementation of programs, plans, and courses · Conduct monthly visits to branches and warehouse (check suggestion and complaint boxes) during scheduled inspections · Additional incentive activities: Offer psychologist-led therapy sessions at branches for employees identified as needing them, and report to the Human Resources Manager · Additional cultural and recreational activities: Family events (resorts), cane harvesting events, holiday celebrations (Mother's Day, Christmas parties, pilgrimages, Children's Day, birthdays), school supply assistance for employees' children, emergency loans — Human Resources Manager — Integral Development support through communication and attendance list collection without disrupting operations during trainings and events · Responsible for branch-based educational programs and training rooms, including evaluations of trainers: cashiers/counters, ideal candidate profiles, approved trainee exams, protocols; communicate results to Operations and Human Resources Management Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
