We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager for a corporate-level company in the city of Tuxtla Gutierrez. **Position Objective:** To organize the departments within the company, establishing processes and functions. **Job Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role, as a generalist, HR supervisor, or similar positions. * Experience with human resources KPIs. * Supervision and management experience with large staffing teams. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and Social Security regulations. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy across departments and roles. * Resolve labor conflicts and promote a healthy and productive work environment. * Design and execute organizational development policies. * Foster corporate culture and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. * Advise senior management on human resources matters and provide guidance on policies and procedures. * Lead, control, and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding programs to supply talent in the required quantity and quality to achieve objectives. * Supervise contract expirations, leaves, psychophysical fitness assessments, etc. * Present follow-up reports on complaints, tracking increases and decreases in complaint trends (complaint forms). * Authorize performance evaluations for staff whose contracts will be extended. * Handle inspections from STPS and Civil Protection, ensuring compliance with all applicable company regulations. **We Offer:** * Benefits according to law: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, Christmas bonus, PTU, bonuses. * Base salary from $20,000.00 to $25,000.00 depending on evaluation. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
