




**Nationally Recognized Company** *with over 35 years of experience* in the **Funeral Sector and diversified into other business lines.** **We are seeking:** *Human Resources Director* **General Purpose of the Position** To design, implement, and consolidate the Corporate Human Resources Department, establishing strategic, operational, and cultural foundations that strengthen talent management, labor regulatory compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with the human values and service ethos inherent to the funeral sector. **Position Mission** To build a comprehensive Human Capital structure supporting corporate growth, guaranteeing robust processes for talent acquisition, development, employee well-being, organizational culture, and compliance—guided by a human-centered, empathetic, and operationally sustainable vision. **Key Responsibilities** * Design the HR department structure from scratch, establishing policies, procedures, and a functional organizational chart. * Develop the Master Human Capital Plan aligned with the corporate strategic plan. * Implement structured recruitment and competency-based evaluation processes. * Design technical and interpersonal training programs. * Develop the corporate salary scale and incentive schemes. * Strengthen an organizational culture grounded in respect, empathy, and service. * Ensure labor regulatory compliance and represent the corporation before official authorities. **Required Profile** *Academic Background:* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations. A Master’s degree in Organizational Development or Human Capital Management is desirable. *Experience:* Minimum 10 years in HR functions, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience building HR departments from scratch. *Key Competencies:* Strategic leadership, systems thinking, negotiation, assertive communication, change management, professional ethics, and emotional intelligence. *Technical Skills:* Salary scale design, competency-based evaluation, KPI management, HR software implementation, policy development, and organizational culture building. **Attitudes:** Empathy, human sensitivity, discretion, social commitment, and a service-oriented vocation. *Management Level* Executive Leadership (reports to the General Directorate of Corporate EM3).
