KNOWLEDGE: * Experience supervising public works projects. * Experience in special and electrical installations. * Proficiency in maintaining construction logs. * Knowledge of construction standards and regulations. * Leadership, communication, and effective team and contractor management skills. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to make effective decisions. * Personnel management. * Effective communication with contractors, architects, immediate supervisors, and other team members. * Knowledge of budget calculation and management.
